navigating stage 4 endometriosis
so here we are - a blog! going to finally try my hand at unleashing my creativity. I love food, photography, house plants, music, gym classes and wellbeing. creating my own blog is something I dabbled in when I was younger. I've always loved photography - especially photographing still life and food. which is handy because I love food too! endometriosis has caused me to look at food in such a different way.
I'm 30 years old (eek!) and I recently married lucy, the love of my life. I'm extremely grateful to have such a supportive partner by my side. navigating stage 4 endometriosis and all that it throws at me, utilising my love of good food and the simple life and documenting it here on my little slice of the internet.
websites & organisations
such a helpful site with tonnes of information covering symptoms, diagnosis, surgery and fertility. they hold free webinars and have support groups, an online chat function and a helpline.
for when you're feeling lost in your symptoms or have a question you feel hasn't been answered elsewhere, healthunlocked has a fantastic forum dedicated to endometriosis.

a more informative approach, including prompts throughout to help you really think about your endometriosis. includes strategies to try.
